Work on road, canal projects kicked off in Bamyan

BAMYAN: Work on development projects including road improvement and canal projects worth 318,526 U.S. dollars kicked off in the country’s central province of Bamyan, the provincial municipality said in a statement the other. “The projects including a canal with a length of 1,766 meters and improvement of the main road of Haiderabad-Khawal-Kakrak, will be implemented with financial support of the United Nations Office for Project Services (UNOPS) and full coordination of the provincial municipality, in the second district of Bamyan city,” thestatement said.
