KABUL: Deputy Minister of Finance and Administrative Affairs for Urban Development and Land Hafiz Mohammad Amin Farooqi met with deputy of 77 Turkish Construction Company and discussed investment in Kabul’s Pirozy township.
In the meeting, deputy of the Turkish company by briefing related to the company’s activities added that he was planning to launch a prefabricated housing company in Pirozy township, asking for providing 30 – 40 acres land for the company.
In return, deputy minister of urban development and land said that all those investors interested in investing in various parts of the country particularly in the urban development and land related projects. He said that upon request of the Turkish company, he would talk to relevant officials of the township and after consultation with the officials, the expected land would be handed over to the company to kick off its activities.
At the end, deputy of the Turkish company thanked the deputy minister of urban development and land and gifted him a copy of the Holy Quran.
At is worth mentioning that the IEA has asked all domestic and international companies to invest in Afghanistan.
