Taliban rebels killed in Farah raid

Gardiz: 30 armed Taliban rebels were killed in Farah province last night.
Mohibullah Mohib spokesman for Farah security command told BNA, the insurgents were targeted while they stormed on police checkpoint in Poshtkoh and Poshtrod districts.
17 other Taliban have been wounded and other insurgents were fled the site.
According to Mohib four militaries have been injured in the raids.
Another report says, 15 armed oppositions were killed in Paktia province. Sardar Wali Tabasom press in charge of Paktia security commandment told BNA, the insurgents were targeted by Afghan security forces air raid in Sahak region, Zormat district of that province. He added, several vehicles of the insurgents have been demolished. Another report says, the security forces discovered and neutralized a planted mine from outskirt of first district of Gardiz city and prevented from bloody event.
