Supreme Leader’s decree on missing Mujahidin, ordinary people

KABUL: The Supreme Leader of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan (IEA) Mullah Hebbatullah Akhundzada has issued a decree of some articles about the missing Mujahidin and those ordinary people who lost their lives or martyred during military conflicts and the legacies, they left behind.
A statement from the IEA Supreme Leader reads that as a result of the recent evidence, it was proved that some countrymen have either been martyred on the roads or have been put in jails and then martyred while, their family members are not aware of their fates.
According to the Supreme Leader’s decree, under the Islamic Sharia and the Hanafi School, the three courts can precisely investigate into the issues including the date and place of the death of Mujahidin or other people.
Under the Islamic Sharia and Hanafi School, the courts can decide for the fate of the wives of those people martyred and that they are allowed to marry whoever they wanted and the legacies divided among their heirs.
