– The idea is for the Taliban to have seminars on what happens when a person breaks Sharia law. This would be similar to mock DUI’s at high schools. There would be performances, demonstrations, & re-enactments.
– The idea is for the Taliban to have public education & entertainment events that citizens would go to. These events would result in citizens becoming educated about Sharia law & learning what won’t result in killings, amputations, & beatings. These events would result in fewer killings, amputations, & beatings.
– The idea is for the Taliban to reward its citizens for obeying Sharia law. For example, The Taliban would improve healthcare if only 5,000 citizens break Sharia law & the Taliban would improve healthcare & have Taliban doctors if only 2,500 people break Sharia law. This would give incentive to the citizens of Afghanistan to obey Sharia law. The Taliban would reward their people more the more their people obey Sharia law.
– The idea is for the Taliban to promise its citizens that they’ll reduce taxes, take pay cuts, or donate more to charities whenever there is a person killed under Sharia law. The Taliban would have an incentive to reduce the number of people killed under Sharia law. The citizens of Afghanistan would benefit from fewer killings occurring because fewer of them would be killed & the Taliban would benefit from fewer killings occurring because they would have more money for their government & themselves.
– The idea is for the Taliban to have public rewards. The rewards would be given for being a good example of Islam. There are already public punishments such as executions, amputations, & beatings. Public rewards would give people an incentive to obey Sharia law. People would want to be part of the public rewards & not the public punishments.
– The idea is for the citizens of Afghanistan to have a department that gives the Taliban public approval ratings, records complaints against the Taliban, & writes down public requests. This department would be created by the Taliban. There would be a place to legitimize people’s complaints & requests & people wouldn’t have to rely on going to the Taliban to complain. This would create better cooperation between citizens & the Taliban, people would have more faith that their complaints & requests will be acted upon by the Taliban because it wouldn’t be 1 person pitching idea to the Taliban it would be a department that’s created by the Taliban handing complaints & requests off to the Taliban, & there would be less fear of repercussions for complaints & requests.
– The idea is for the citizens of Afghanistan to be obligated to enforce Sharia law with the Taliban for a portion of the year. Citizens would get to enforce Sharia law with the Taliban as opposed to just having Sharia law enforced on them by the Taliban. Citizens would have a better understanding of Sharia law & would be more proposed to obey Sharia law. This would be similar to required service in countries such as Israel & Switzerland & ride-along with cops.
– The idea is for the Taliban to have quotas each year. These quotas would be for violations of Sharia law. These quotas would be part of an aim to have fewer violations of Sharia law each year. This would be done by province. This would result in fewer beatings, amputations, & killings.
– The idea is for special clubs in Afghanistan that people would be able to go to if they don’t break any of the laws under Sharia law. These clubs would have game nights, free food, give out coupons, & more. Someone who would get their hand cut off for stealing food would be able to go to a club & get coupons. These coupons would create an environment for the person where they wouldn’t need to steal food in order to eat. These clubs would provide rewards for someone obeying Sharia law.
– The idea is for the Taliban to make an organization of women that would go around the country with Taliban chaperones & share beneficial advice for women. They would tell women how they can have the best lives, how they can not be enslaved, how they can be the best women under Sharia law, how they can have the most freedom under Sharia law, & how they can be the most successful under Sharia law. These women would be dressed fashionably. These women would be looked up to be other women & girls. These women would be strong believers of Islam.
– The idea is for there to be special days for women in Afghanistan. For example, an ice cream truck would go around & give out ice cream to women only. Ice cream would be given to women that obey the laws & abide by Sharia law. Ice cream truck workers would educate women on the requirements of Sharia law when dispensing ice cream. This would motivate women to abide by the laws & promote Sharia law. Women would get rewarded for something that they would get beaten or killed for if they don’t do. This would result in fewer beatings & killings.
– The idea is for the Taliban to allow the citizens of Afghanistan that haven’t broken Sharia law into certain exclusive businesses. These exclusive businesses would be made specifically for the citizens of Afghanistan that haven’t broken Sharia law. An example of an exclusive business is up-scale sports facilities. The citizens of Afghanistan would see, hear, & read about the exclusive businesses & realize that the only way they can get in is if they don’t break Sharia law.
