Saudi Arabia, China pledges more aids to Afghanistan

KABUL: Chinese President Xi Jinping, during his visit to Saudi Arabia, discussed Afghanistan, among other issues, in a meeting with the country’s Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman, Bakhtar News Agency reported the other day.
Both sides stressed the increase and continuation of humanitarian aid to Afghanistan in order to improve the human situation in the country.
The leaders of Saudi and China stressed that the world should not leave Afghanistan alone and efforts should be made to improve the economic situation in this country, according to the agency.
Meanwhile, Chinese authorities have repeatedly insisted on the continuation of humanitarian aid to needy Afghan people.
