KABUL: A stately exhibition of the Holy Quran, book and handicrafts was held on Tuesday here in Kabul, Bakhtar News Agency reported the other day.
Inaugurating the exhibition, Deputy to the Ministry of Information and Culture and IEA spokesman Zabihullah Mujahid said: “The Holy Quran is the true source of science and knowledge, which has been sent for the happiness of humanity,” the state-controlled agency quoted.
“Our sisters, who have prepared their handicrafts with great art and elegance, should be commended and should be encouraged and supported to achieve good and tangible results,” Mujahid added.
It is the religious duty of all Muslims to learn the holy Quran and the Quranic science and to act in accordance to its content,” the deputy minister said.
