KABUL: Prime Minister of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan, Mullah Mohammad Hassan Akhund praised the ARCS’s services for the needy people, a statement from his office said the other day.
On the advent of the Afghan Red Crescent Society (ARCS) week, the statement said that the organization had provided services for the needy citizens with limited resources.
“We are grateful to Allah, that now we are witnessing peace, stability, and security in the country after decades of war, adding that we are happy to celebrate the ARCS anniversary under sure security in the country,” said the Prime Minister of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan, as quoted by the statement released by Arg.
The Prime Minister said that the ARCS is a charitable and independent national society of the country, which provides significant assistance and services to the afflicted and needy citizens in emergency and difficult situations without any discrimination, though with limited resources.
Besides, hailing the organization’s services in the country for the needy people of Afghanistan, the Prime Minister said that the ARCS independence will be respected toward providing services for the Afghan people and assured full support from the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan.
