President Ghani receives Danish Foreign Minister

KABUL: President Mohammad Ashraf Ghani received Danish Minister of Foreign, Anders Samuelsen at the Gulkhana Palace, a statement from the Presidential Press Office said Monday.
Both sides exchanged views on various issues, including security, peace, reforms, fighting corruption, successfully holding parliamentary elections, education and professional skills, the statement said.
The president thanked the foreign minister for his country’s cooperation with Afghanistan in different fields and within the Resolute Support Mission and said his country was interested to use the Danish country’s experiences to further develop educational curriculum and professional education, according to the statement.
Meanwhile, the Danish foreign minister congratulated the president and the people of Afghanistan for successfully holding of the parliamentary elections in the country, the statement added. He said his country was fully ready to continue cooperating with the government and people of Afghanistan in various fields, as well as in the field of professional skills, the statement concluded.
