FEROZKOH: A police training center, during an official ceremony, has been inaugurated in the country’s western province of Ghor, the provincial police office said in a statement the other day. The inauguration ceremony was participated by a number of high-ranking government officials including the provincial police chief, the statement said. Police spokesperson Abdul Rahman Badri said that for the first time, the training center opened to improve the physical skills and moral standards of police personnel in the province, according to the statement. “Police personnel in a 45 professional training, will be provided with literacy, technical, driving, Islamic studies, military and physical, moral and capacity building training in the center,” the statement quoted Badri as saying.
