Over 550 Afghan refugees return from Pakistan in 2 days

KABUL: A total of 557 Afghan refugees returned from Pakistan to the country in the past two days, the Ministry of Refugees and Repatriation (MoRR) said in a statement the other day. “The returning families including 94 and their total numbers reach 557 people arrived in the country through Spin Boldak crossing border in southern Kandahar province in last two days,” the statement said. They were introduced to the International Organization for Migration (IOM) for assistance after their registration with the provincial Refugee and Repatriation Department. A number of ailing returnees were treated free of charge by the Health Network and also the Norwegian Immigration Council distributed one package of food to each returnee. After the resumption of power and countrywide ensuring sure security tens of thousands of Afghan refugees have returned from the world countries to their home country. The Kabul Times
