PUL-E-KHUMRI: A six-month craft and literacy workshop was held for 520 girls and boys on Monday, in the country’s northern province of Baghlan, Nasratullah Parsa, the provincial head of Labor and Social Affairs said Tuesday. The WFP funded workshop was conducted by Agha Khan Development Network (AKDN) providing trainings such as tailoring, embroidery, motor repairing as well as literacy for 447 girls and 73 boys in Pul-e-Khumri, the capital of Baghlan province, said Parsa.
