No one allowed to disturb businessmen illegally in ports, Azizi

KABUL: The Acting Commerce and Industry Minister Mawlavi Nooruddin Azizi, in a meeting with a number of representatives of government departments and private sectors, on Monday, evaluated the challenges facing businessmen in Hairatan port, the ministry said in a statement. Listening to the merchants’ problems in the port, Minister Azizi said that no one was allowed to disturb businessmen without legal reason and create problems for them, according to the statement. “The challenges facing the country’s merchants in the ports will be addressed and they will also be provided with necessary facilities,” the statement quoted him as saying. Also, the traders shared their problems including spraying of ‘formication of property, hig transfer price, loading density and the way of obtaining permission from the Ministry of Agriculture to the Minister Azizi and asked the relevant organs to pay necessary attention in this field, the statement added. Furthermore, it was decided that the documents and property of the traders should be processed in a specific place and they also must prepare a plan to minimize their challenges and present it to the IEA’s Supreme Leader Shaikh Hibatullah Akhundzada for approval.
