KABUL: The Independent Administrative Reforms and Civil Services Commission (IARCSC) on Sunday signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Ministry of Higher Education and Afghanistan Technical Vocational Institute to facilitate the administrative process.
Chief of the commission Mawlavi Abdul Hanan Arifullah said: “Under the MoU, some parts of the Ministry of Higher Education (MoHE) and the ATVI will be reviewed for administrative challenges and time-consuming work processes.”
More than 300 processes have so far been simplified in various ministries and departments, according to the official.
Meanwhile, Acting Minister of Higher Education Shaikh Neda Mohammad Nadeem hailed the Memorandum of Understanding and assured of transparency in the ministry.
Chief of the Afghanistan Technical Vocational Institute Mawlavi Ghulam Haider Shahamat also called the implementation of the processes in the organs very useful and vital.
