KABUL: The Acting Information and Culture Minister of the Islamic Emirate Mullah Khairullah Khairkhwa and his accompanying delegation including Deputy Publication Minister Hayatullah Muhajer Farahi visited the country’s northern province of Takhar, the ministry said in a statement the other day.
