KABUL: The Acting Information and Culture Minister of the Islamic Emirate Mullah Khairullah Khairkhwa and his accompanying delegation including Deputy Publication Minister Hayatullah Muhajer Farahi visited the country’s northern province of Takhar, the ministry said in a statement the other day. Speaking at a gathering under the theme of ‘Prosperous people, responsible system’ in Taloqan city the center of Takhar province, Mullah Khairkhwa said that the media should arrange their broadcasts in such a way as to strengthen national unity among Afghans, according to the statement.
