Large amounts of drugs set ablaze in Samangan

AIBAK: Over 13,750 kilograms of chemical substances used in narcotics production have been set on fire by the counter-drug police of Samangan province, Bakhtar News Agency reported the other day.
Samangan provincial head of counter-narcotics told the state-run agency that the security forces had discovered and seized the substances in different sites of the province and then torched them, the agency quoted.
Some people, allegedly involved in dealing and trafficking the drugs, have also been arrested, the agency said.
