The government of Kuwait has announced that it will publish 100,000 copies of the Holy Quran with the Swedish language translation and distribute in that country. According to Kuwaiti media reports, it is expected that these copies of the Quran will be distributed in the mosques, libraries, schools and other related institutions in Switzerland, where a man burned a copy of the holy book in public. Kuwait also asked the Islamic countries to recognize insulting the Holy Quran as an international crime. The Islamic Emirate also, strongly condemned the burning of a copy of the Holy Quran in Sweden and banned all activities of that country in Afghanistan. The Kabul Times
