Kazakh provided humanitarian aids arrived in Balkh

MAZAR-I-SHARIF: Humanitarian aid from Kazakhstan has arrived in the country’s northern Balkh province, a statement from the Provincial Governor Office said the other day. According to the statement, the eighty-one-wagon assistance included flour, cooking oil, legumes, milk and sugar, which was handed over to the local administration at the ground port, according to the statement. It is expected that the aid to be distributed among the recent natural disaster-affected families in the country, the statement said.B alkh Deputy Governor Mawlavi Noorulhoda Abo Idris thanked Kazakhstan for its humanitarian aid to the needy Afghans and asked Kazakhstan and other countries of the world for the continuation of the humanitarian aid and positive engagement with the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan, according to the statement. The statement quoted the Kazakh Ambassador to Afghanistan Alim Khan Yasin Galdino promising his country’s continued delivering aid to the people of Afghanistan. Last year, the friendly central Asian neighbor donated 42 tons of medicine and medical supplies to the Afghans in humanitarian aid.The Kabul Times
