Iran Air starts flights to Kabul for first time, ministry

KABUL: In a significant move, the international airline ‘Iran Air’ has started flights to Kabul for the first time, the Ministry of Transport and Civil Aviation said in a statement Wednesday. Iran Air will have a flight to Kabul International Airport per week, the statement said, adding that many other airlines like Ariana, Kam Air, Mahan, Kish, and Yazd also conduct flights between the two countries, providing facilities to businessmen and passengers. After the resumption of power by the Islamic Emirate, significant achievements and developments have been made in various fields as several international airlines started flights to the country.
