Invasion of Soviet Union was the beginning of mass migration of Afghans, Hanafi

KABUL: Deputy Prime Minister for Administrative Affairs Mawlavi Abdul Salam Hanafi, speaking at the celebration of the International Migrant Day (IMD) the other day, considered the invasion of the Soviet Union as the beginning of the mass migration of Afghans.
