Recent remarks of foreign diplomats on Afghanistan have shown that the regional and international policy on Afghanistan is changing to a positive direction. In his most recent remark, the Russian President’s special envoy for Afghanistan Zamir Kabulov has said that his country wants to be part of the TAPI project. Besides, Kabulov has also said that he held meetings with officials of the Islamic Emirate on recognition of the IEA.
Meanwhile, the U.S. Secretary of State Antony Blinken in his recent speech at a U.S. university has said that no threat is posed from Afghanistan to the world.
The high-ranking officials of the two countries’ recent remarks are admitting that the Islamic Emirate’s policy is the right policy based on which it won’t let any group use Afghanistan’s soil against others or pose threats to others.
It is time that the world countries should recognize the Islamic Emirate and support its economic projects that are underway in the country.
Both Russia and the U.S. have shown green light toward recognition of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan. Both countries would like to enter with positive engagement with the Islamic Emirate.
Now that both countries want to enter with positive engagement with Afghanistan, the Islamic Emirate should also go for engagement and with the respective countries and maintain active economic and political relations under the impartiality bases.
A balanced and inclusive strategy can protect Afghanistan from seditions and conspiracies and save it from either side’s possible collision in the future. Abu Sufia
