IEA’s officials working for welfare of people, Minister Khairkhwa

KABUL: Based on the special Decree of the Supreme Leader of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan Shaikh Mullah Hibatullah Akhundzada, the foundation stone of a township for 500 orphans, in an official ceremony, has been laid down in the country’s southern province of Helmand, the ministry of information and culture said in a statement the other day. The ceremony was attended by a number of high-ranking government officials including the Acting Information and Culture Minister Mullah Khairullah Khairkhwa, the Acting Minister of Urban Development and Housing Mawlavi Hamedullah Nomani and provincial officials, the statement said. Also based on the instruction of the Ministry of Information and Culture the project with all standards facilities, will be constructed in close cooperation with the Ministry of Urban Development and Housing by the Charity Foundation of the Qatari Royal Family in the area of the public University of Nahr Siraj District of Helmand province, the statement added. Addressing the ceremony, Mullah Khairkhwa said that every official of the Islamic Emirate is working sincerely for the welfare of the people, according to the statement. Praising the project’s involved sides, minister Khairkhwa asked the provincial officials to provide the charity foundation with any cooperation and coordination in the project implementation.
