IEA welcomes Afghan returnees, provides services

After decades of devastating and continued war and instability, with the support and grace of the Almighty Allah, Afghans now have an independent, national and central government, and the Islamic Emirate considers the provision of Afghan returnees with the essential services and facilities as one of its top responsibilities and priorities. According to the UNICEF report, 8,200,000 Afghans are living abroad and their harassment is a big problem and a pressure tool of the world countries for the current system. Therefore, the Islamic Emirate as a ruling system considers itself responsible for providing education and job opportunities, a safe and peaceful living environment for the newly returning Afghans from the world countries and will do its utmost to further provide essential services and facilities for the returnees. Alongside tangible achievements and progress in various fields, the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan (IEA) has established several committees encompassing the representatives of many government institutions to address the challenges facing the returnees and provide them with fundamental services in the respected ports and provinces of the country. The presence of Afghans in the world countries has undoubtedly become an important issue for the Islamic Emirate as we witnessed at the beginning of last winter, millions of Afghan refugees were forcibly deported by the neighboring countries, particularly by the Pakistani government, and returned to the country in dire conditions due to the severe pressure of that country’s government. Fortunately, the Islamic Emirate and the Afghan people welcome the newly returning Afghan refugees from the neighboring countries and consider their return as a positive step towards the country’s development and progress because a country can develop with the human workforces and the returnees and all other Afghans will work for the country’s development and self-sufficiency. On the other hand, Afghan refugees by returning from the world countries to their homeland will be freed from the harassment of the host countries, and their property and honor will be safe and they will get their work and employment with certainty. Despite facing criticism from the United Nations, influential leaders, and human rights watchdogs, the government of Pakistan has forcibly expelled approximately more than a million Afghan refugees within the last years, thinking that the expulsion process of Afghan refugees will put pressure on the Islamic Emirate and harsh the situation of Afghanistan, but the leadership of the Islamic Emirate with the support of Allah and firm policy and plan has managed the returning refugees from that country and provided them with shelters and essential services. The Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan (IEA) once again asked the Pakistani government to review its policy regarding the expulsion of Afghan refugees and not link political issues with the refugees’ issues and should solve all misunderstandings through diplomatic channels
