IEA to further strengthen relations with regional, world countries, Mawlavi Kabir

KABUL: The Deputy Prime Minister for Political Affairs, Mawlavi Abdul Kabir, in a meeting on Wednesday, with the Acting Foreign Minister Mawlavi Amir Khan Muttaqi, the Islamic Emirate has good relations with all countries in the region, especially Iran, and wants to expand and strengthen these relations in the future. Sharing information about his visit to Iran with Mawlavi Kabir, FM Muttaqi called his trip full of achievements, Arg said in a statement. “During my visit to Iran I have met with diplomats and Afghans living in Tehran and Mashhad and discussed issues of strengthening of political, economic and trade development between the two countries,” the statement quoted Muttaqi as saying. Meanwhile, Mawlavi Kabir said that the Islamic Emirate has good relations with the regional countries, especially Iran and wants to enhance the ties in the future, the statement added. According to another statement, Mawlavi Kabir, in a meeting with a number of the country’s businessmen and investors, said that Afghan investors should invest inside the country and contribute to the country’s development and prosperity. Sharing their proposal and problems with Mawlavi Kabir, the businessmen said that after the resumption of the Islamic Emirate, overall security has been ensured across the country and they have not faced any challenges. Mawlavi Kabir said that national businessmen and investors are an important part of Afghanistan and play a significant role in the economic development of the country. “The Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan supports all national investors and businessmen and assures that it will provide them with a free and reliable competitive environment,” the statement quoted Mawlavi Kabir as saying.
