IEA Supreme Leader orders full implementation of Sharia

KABUL: The Islamic Emirate Supreme Leader has ordered judges to fully enforce Islamic sharia in the country, spokesman of the IEA, Zabihullah Mujahid said on his Twitter page, the other day.

The order was issued to the judges involved in resolving criminal cases, to observe Islamic teachings and implement full justice, when facing any criminal activities, the spokesman of the Islamic Emirate twitted.
“Carefully examine the files of the thieves, kidnappers and seditionists,” Mujahid quoted the country’s Supreme Leader Mullah Hebbatullah Akhundzada as saying in a statement.
“This is the ruling of sharia and my command, which is obligatory,” said the statement as twitted by Mujahid.
The judges are obliged to implement retribution, after carefully investigating those cases that have reached all the requirements of the Sharia retribution, according to the order.
This is the first official order of the IEA Supreme Leader, obliging judges for the implementation of all aspects of Islamic law throughout the country since the Islamic Emirate came to power in mid-August last year.
