IEA rejects report on leaders’ gaining millions of U.S.D in building World Cup stadiums in Qatar

KABUL: The spokesman of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan, Zabihullah Mujahid rejected the other day, the recent claim of The Telegraph daily saying that the Islamic leaders invested in building Football World Cup stadiums and made millions of U.S. dollars in cash, in the Arab country of Qatar.
The British-based daily – The Telegraph has falsely spread a rumor that the authorities of the Islamic Emirate has made millions of U.S. dollars in gain, from building the stadiums.
“The claim of ‘The Telegraph’ that some members of the IEA have earned a lot of money due to the construction of a stadium in Qatar is far from the truth. Such propaganda is the intelligence mission of the western media which wants to spoil the minds against the Islamic Emirate,” Mujahid said on his twitter page.
The daily misleadingly said that the high-level authorities of the IEA who received high salaries since 2013 for their Qatar based political office, have spent the money to sponsor new precious machines and tools used in building stadiums in the Arab country.
