KABUL: The Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan (IEA) says it has fulfilled all the promises of the Doha peace agreement.
In reaction to recent remarks of the U.S. Department of State spokesperson Ned Price, the Islamic Emirate spokesperson, Zabihullah Mujahid said the IEA has implemented all the pledges of the Doha peace agreement.
“The Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan (IEA) has fulfilled all the promises it made with the U.S. in the Doha accord,” Zabihullah Mujahid said.
“The Islamic Emirate (IEA) does not allow anyone to use the territory of Afghanistan against the United States and its allies,” Mujahid added.
“In addition, IEA is also committed to providing all the Sharia rights of its citizens,” he said.
“In Afghanistan, a normal life and peaceful atmosphere has been created for women and men, and the rights of all minorities are maintained,” Mujahid said.
“Moreover, the system and way of life in Afghanistan are issues related to Afghans,” he added.
“IEA does not want to interfere in the internal issues of other countries, it also wants other countries not to interfere in our domestic issues and show us a way of life, the IEA spokesperson said.
Spokesman for the U.S. Department of State, Ned Price yesterday told reporters that the U.S. government would not make any deal with the IEA if they did not pay attention to the demands of the U.S. and Afghan people.
