KABUL: Hashish on 57 acres of land has been destroyed in the country’s northeastern province of Badakhshan, the Ministry of Interior Affairs said in a statement on Saturday. “During a series of anti-narcotic operations by counter-drugs police person nel of Badakhshan, hemp on 57 acres of hand has been destroyed in Baharak district,” the statement said. A few days ago, hashish on 51 acres of land had also been destroyed in Baharak district of the province. The anti-narcotics police personnel of the ministry are making efforts to recover and destroy narcotics and hashish land in any part of the country, as they have so far damaged drugs and hashish on hundreds of acres of land in various provinces of the country.
