KABUL: Presided over by Deputy Prime Minister for Administrative Affairs of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan Mawlavi Abdul Salam Hanafi the National Committee for Hajj and Umrah in 1444 AH was held on Monday.
In the meeting, following the previous meeting by the appointed committees; a report was presented about the collection and transfer of Hajj money through banks and the arrangement of Hajj flights in 1444 AH through airlines, a statement from the Deputy Prime Minister said Monday.
Preparation for issuing passports for hajjis, and implementation of necessary vaccines and the share of Afghan refugees, have also been made, according to the statement. The National Hajj and Umrah Committee made the necessary decisions about respective issues. In addition, a committee of the relevant organs has been tasked for better cooperation and coordination of Hajj process in central airports and zones to present their timely reports until the end of the Hajj process to the committee.
