KABUL: Amir Khan Muttaqi Foreign Minister of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan met Kazakhstan FM Bakhyt Sultanov in Kabul, Shariat Daily reported the other day.
Amir Khan Muttaqi thanked the Kazakhstan government for its humanitarian aids and supporting IEA on
international platform, while Kazakh Foreign Minister said that their government is determined to help Afghanistan in easing banking relations and resuming commercial and ordinary flights between the two
countries.
According to another report, Deputy Foreign Minister Sher Mohammad Abbas Stanekzai met with a number of businessmen of the country’s northern Balkh province. meeting was attended by Mawlavi Qudratullah Abu Hamza and other officials of the province.
Deputy FM, Abbas Stanekzai said, that Afghanistan is an independent country now, adding that the Islamic system is established and the security is ensured all over the country.
Pointing out the domestic business and trade, Abbas Stanekzai said that the IEA has particular attention towards domestic investors and businessmen. “We are trying to provide a stable environment for all businesses,” the report added quoting Abbas Stanekzai. In the meantime, Asadullah Asad Head of Balkh Trade and Investment Corridor thanked IEA for ensuring security in the country, and provided information about the conditions of trade and other businesses in the province.
