KABUL: A total of 420 police cadets, after completing two months professional and religious training, have been graduated from the Police Academy of the eastern zone of Nangarhar province, the Ministry of Interior Affairs said in a statement Tuesday. “After receiving certificates during a ceremony, the graduates pledged to serve the people and ensure security and order everywhere in the country’s eastern provinces,” the statement said. Tens of newly trained Afghan cadets have also graduated from military and religious training centers and deployed for ensuring security in the related provinces. The Kabul Times
