KABUL: The delegation of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan (IEA) for the second day held talks with the EU representatives, a private Ariana News Agency said Sunday Dr. Mohammad Nayem the spokesman of the Islamic Emirate for Doha political office said that the IEA delegation would begin talks with the U.S. representatives on Monday (today), the agency quoted. “The release of Afghanistan frozen assets and the opening of embassies in Kabul and humanitarian aid are the main topics of the talks,” said the agency quoting Dr.Nayem.
