Deputy PM urges provincial officials to do more for Nuristan

KABUL: Deputy Prime Minister of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan on political affairs, Mawlavi Abdul Kabir, met with the Nuristan deputy governor and advisor to the Ministry of Information and Culture, Shaikh Zar Mohammad, here in Kabul, a statement from his office said Sunday.
The meeting which was held at the Sapidar Palace, Shaikh Zar Mohammad, deputy governor of Nuristan, briefed about the political, and security situations of Nuristan to the deputy prime minister, according to the statement.
He assured the PM of full support from the people and ethnics of the province to the Islamic Emirate and that with the cooperation of the people security is ensured in the province, the statement quoted.
Meanwhile, praising their hard works and good achievements of the provincial government, Deputy Prime Minister of the Islamic Emirate, Mawlavi Abdul Kabir instructed the provincial officials for taking further necessary measures towards improvement of the situation in the province.
