Deputy PM meets scholars, influential figures of some provinces

KABUL: Deputy Prime Minister of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan on Political affairs, Mawlavi Abdul Kabir meet with a number of scholars, influential figures and youths, of Parwan, Panjshir and Kapisa provinces, at the Sapidar Palace, a statement from Arg said the other day.
In the meeting, they shared their demands and suggestions with the deputy prime minister on security and better government services, which was welcomed, the statement said.
“The policy of the Islamic Emirate is that all provinces and all ethnic groups in the country should be safe and enjoy all their legitimate rights”, the statement quoted the Deputy Prime Minister as saying.
The Islamic system is the perfect model of both periods of Afghan jihads, he said in the statement adding war against the Islamic system and government was not legitimate.
The Deputy Prime Minister said efforts of the influential figures and youth were effective in any fields and encouraged them to use their role and influence in various areas for interest of the country, according to the statement. The Kabul Times
