Construction work on health facility kicked off in Kandahar

KABUL: Construction work on a health facility worth 243,000 U.S. dollars has been kicked off in the country’s southern province of Kandahar, the state-run Bakhtar News Agency reported the other day. The health facility will be constructed by the Qatari Red Crescent Society financial support within 6 months in Karz village of the Dand district of the province, the agency said. Thousands of people would be provided with fundamental health services with the successful building of the health facility. The Kabul Times
