KABUL: Construction project of a road was kicked off in Afghanistan’s southern province of Farah, according to Bakhtar News Agency, reporting on his twitter account on Monday.
The project to build the road has been said to take up to 28 million Afghani (some 325,665. U.S. dollar) which is paid from the provincial municipality budget, the agency quoted Mawlavi Mohammad Wali Idris, the mayor as saying.
The agency did not make clear on his brief twitter post that how long and how wide the road was.
Road construction process has been accelerated all over the country, after sure security since the takeover the Islamic Emirate in mid-August last year.
