Cabinet approves monthly aid draft for disabled, widows, orphans

KABUL: The Cabinet of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan, in a meeting, approved the draft arranged by the Ministry of Martyrs and Disabled about the monthly cash assistance to the disabled, widows and orphans, Arg said in a statement on Wednesday. Presided over by the Prime Minister of the Islamic Emirate Mullah Mohammad Hassan Akhund the cabinet meeting was held the other day, according to the statement. It was also decided that pension and wages of disability rights are not considered as salary, but all Emirate bodies can hire those who are retired and have the ability to do the work, on a temporary basis and the disabled as an official, according to the statement. The cabinet tasked the Economic Commission to review the issue of announcing the implementation of geophysical surveys in the possible area of Herat (Kashk-Tirpol) and make a decision. A lso, after speaking on the legal status of Bostan Sabz Agriculture and Livestock Company and holding a discussion with the previous shareholders regarding its activation, the meeting resolved that if the previous shareholders had problems in this regard, they should negotiate with other companies and present the result or a plan to the next cabinet meeting. In the cabinet meeting, the procedure for registering the foreign plants and medicinal items arranged by the National Drug and Food Administration was approved and the date (20th) of Saur was approved in the calendar as a National Export Day, the statement added.
