GHAZNI: Construction work of ten school buildings have recently been completed and utilized in Ghazni province, Sharia, an Islamic Emirate-run newspaper reported Saturday.
With the financial support of the UNICEF in Ghazni province, local officials quoted by the newspaper said that the school buildings have been reconstructed in Andaru, Qarabagh, Deh Yak, Khogyani, Waghaz, Khawja Omari, Moqur, Ab Band and Gilan districts of the province, with a total cost of up to 8, 391,875 Afghani (some 93,989 U.S. dollars).
Since the resumption of power by the Islamic Emirate, the country’s Ministry of Education has pledged to make effort for the rehabilitation of the remaining schools’ buildings all over the country.
