KABUL: A total of 32 million U.S. dollars, in humanitarian aids, arrived in Kabul, the country’s central bank – Da Afghanistan Bank said the other day.
“This is the 24th cash package, in humanitarian assistance, Afghanistan received late on Tuesday,” said the bank in a statement received by The Kabul Times.
The money was transferred to the Afghanistan International Bank (AIB), according to the statement.
Early this month a similar batch of 32 million U.S. dollars arrived in Kabul and hand over to the private AIB bank.
