KABUL: Afghanistan exported pine nuts worth 1,800 million Afghani (some 20,465,118 U.S. dollars) in the past five months of 2023, the state-run Bakhtar News Agency reported the other day. “Since January 2023 till June 10, the country exported pine nuts worth over 1,800 million Afghani, as pine nut is a precious dry fruit found in the country,” the agency said, adding that currently, one kilogram of pine nut accounted for 2,000 Afghani in the market. Based on the reports pine nuts can increase your energy levels due to their protein, iron, and magnesium. The antioxidant power of vitamin E contained in them may help keep your skin healthy and young in appearance. Additionally, regularly eating pine nuts or other seeds and nuts may help reduce the risk of diabetes and heart disease. The Kabul Times
