Afghanistan will not develop unless we work hard, Hanafi

KABUL: The Deputy Prime Minister of the Islamic Emirate for Administrative Affairs Mawlavi Abdul Salam Hanafi, during the announcement of the 1402 Kankor exam results said that the country will not be developed by foreigners and we ourselves should work towards the development of our country, his office said in a statement the other day. Congratulating the Kankor (entry exam to university) participants’ families and those who obtained the top positions, Mawlavi Hanafi said that over 20,000 people have been added to the number of Kankor participants, unlike the previous year, none of the participants have failed the entrance exam, according to the statement. Appreciating the efforts of the National Examinations committee and other relevant departments over the successful lunching of the Kankor process, Hanafi said that unlike other countries, where education services are not provided for the people without paying money; fortunately, Afghanistan has provided and will provide education services with all necessary facilities for all Afghans, the statement added. Addressing the youths, Hanafi also said that our country will not be developed by foreigners, and if it was developed by them, during several occupations of the country, Afghanistan would now be a prosperous and developed country, so we ourselves should try to jointly work towards development and prosperity of our country.
