KABUL: The United Arab Emirates (UAE) has allowed Afghanistan’s national team to use its cricket stadiums for five years, Bakhtar News Agency reported the other day.
Under the agreement, Afghanistan’s national cricket team can hold its training in the United Arab Emirates stadiums and host its rivals in international games for another five years.
Due to challenges, Afghanistan, for many years, failed to host its rivals in various sports inside the country and therefore, the country’s national players of various sports fields hosted their rival teams in other countries.
According to this agreement, in addition to the use of the national players, for five years, the national teams of the two countries will compete each other in a one-day series of T20 matches every year for five years.
