Access to modern education, standard healthcare basic rights of people: Hanafi

KABUL: The Deputy Prime Minister for Administrative Affairs of the Islamic Emirate, Mawlavi Abdul Salam Hanafi, has met with a number of scholars and elders of Sayad district of the country’s northern province of Sar-ePul, his office said in a statement Monday. Sharing information about social, economic and security situations with the Deputy PM Hanafi, Mullah Sher Mohammad Ghazanfar spoke on behalf of others and said that the as a result of efforts of Mujahideen security and peace have been ensured in Sar-e Pul province, particularly in Sayad district, the statement added. “The Islamic Emirate should pay necessary attention and provide the people with better education and health services, as well as the IEA should address water shortage and build water dams, especially Merzawlang dam in the province,” the statement quoted Ghazanfar as saying Praising the efforts of the district officials and Mujahideen in service delivering to the people, Mawlavi Hanafi said that the IEA’s officials ensure security and peace for all the people, according to the statement. “Accessing to modern education, standard health services and facilities, standard roads were the basic right of the people, and the IEA has always been committed to providing the people with the services and facilities in any parts of the country,” the statement quoted Hanafi as saying. Mawlavi Hanafi assured that the relevant organs will be tasked to address the challenges facing the people in the Sar-e-Pul province, the statement added. The Kabul Times
