KABUL: Ministry of Interior of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan (IEA) has said that 9 rebels have been killed and four others wounded in a clash with the IEA forces in Daikundi province.
“There were reports of the presence of armed individuals in a home in Seyok Shieber area of Daikundi’s provincial capital the other day. He added that security personnel finally had no choice except entering the home, saying that upon entering the home, the security forces were attacked.
According to the MoI spokesperson, one security personnel was martyred and two others wounded. The MoI spokesperson said that the security forces responded, killed 9 rebels and wounded four others, adding that all those killed and wounded were armed individuals whose motive was to attack security forces.
