4 survivors of crashed plane in Badakhshan transferred to Kabul

KABUL: Four survivors of the crashed plane have been transferred to Kabul from northeastern Badakhshan province, the spokesman of the Islamic Emirate Mawlavi Zabihullah Mujahid said on his X page Monday. The plane reported missing in Badakhshan province has been discovered in Aruz Koh area of Kuf Ab district by the efforts of the IEA rescue teams, Mujahid said, adding that the pilot among 4 other passengers have survived the incident. He added medical and rescue teams of the Ministry of Aviation and National Defense provided first aid to the survivors. Mujahid also added that the investigative team of the Islamic Emirate continues their efforts to search and provide assistance to the remaining individuals. The RA-09011 jet belonging to Russia, flying from India to Uzbekistan, disappeared from the radar near the border of Afghanistan and Tajikistan, last night and was being searched by Afghan Air Force rescue teams.
